how can i independize the piece, if i want to move it somewhere, without moving the main sheet?

make a new part(copy Blank) with same size & color as the Blank. Keep it hidden to a position till blanking process done. Then, Hide the original blank & Show the Copy Blank, then Move it wherever you want using linear motor.
