Mcgill is my dream school. I hope to join there next year and my first choice will be Solin Hall!

I was in Solin in its first ever year. It was still being constructed. I was angry because at the time there was RVC and Upper Res. only. It ended up being the best thing about first year. Having a Metro pass meant I explored the entire city and didn't live in the bubble of Campus. My son now wants to go to McGill and I have told him that being in Solin made me fall in love with Montreal. It isn't for everyone, but you may just be surprised by what this "last choice" for many has to offer. This video hits all the good points. Plus, St. Henri is cool!
