Great video. To drain the tank faster, opening all of the faucets (with the pump off) might help. Also the small copper valve is probably the pop-off on the water heater. Because chlorine reacts violently to copper, and the water heater could have copper fins (for more efficient heating), you will always want to do this bypass. Great job 🎉

Second time using this video to sanitize my solis. I looked at a few videos that popped up initially and they skipped so many steps and left out good info. So, I finally found your video again!! I am going to subscribe so I don't have to search next time. Thank you!! Oh, and I did run all the faucets with the grey tank flowing to make the drainage go faster this time.( Not sure if this is good or bad.)

Good job. Thanks. The drain hoses that had no water may be related to non-plumbing system drains coming from elsewhere on the vehicle. Just a thought.

Water drainage is slow - but to help it move faster, open your sink and shower faucets. They can't drain if there is no opening for air to come in.

This video really helped me a lot. I watched this June 11, 2024. But twice when I tried to drain the water by opening the three valves under the couch seat nothing happened. Does anyone else run into this? It worked once when I had more water in the tank. But I can not believe this is correct.

I did try to figure it out but don’t think I ever did. If I remember I think I noted water coming out of only two of the open valves.

@@joancarie3601 YES IT IS!!! It was built way too complicated and you’re provided with poor instructions. I did do it … but it took time to prepare and come up with this procedure. If you happen to come across a video that makes it simpler…. please share with us. Thanks for your comment!
