After finally building the empire on Nostrodore, Rotom Corp needs to recoup together to discuss their civilians and how they will reach their island, keeping heresy delegated and in line, and preventing government rebellion and snooping from reaching their quarters. Xavier has a strong proposal, but the chairman have a few concerns of their own.
