and I thought gas was expensive here in the states? 2.34 per liter? wow unreal that's $8.65 a gallon? its $3.49 a gal here.. 92 I hope . . however diesel is less there than gas by 35 cent, diesel is like 15 cent more than gas here . .

That’s AU$2.34 which works out to be about $5.76 US per gallon. We’re paying between $4.50 and $5.85 US per gallon here atm. Yes expensive compared to the US- we import, we tax more and we don’t subsidise oil and gas. US gas prices are the lowest in the world… always have been.

Gas is way cheeper ....than petrol in Oz . But rip of govnment s about to get rid. Of gas.or gas in house unless all ready got gass. 😢wich mean.s Power bills will be high ..an if power cuts out or powers down cas of fault s or car crash into power pole or thay doing works on power pole s. We will have no. Gas heating. No hot shower ..Or no power to cook. It's so dum. Govnment doing this. I don't drive cas car price s plus petrol insurance I have never had no full time job to own a car. But I probly saved. Million s. Never haveing one. An if did if only got a little money I rather buy smocks food than waste it on petrol ..just kinda sux not been able to to from A to B as quick. Or go to much place s ..

The scattered tidal pools on the beach were something else especially compared to the green of the forests just next to them. Really great work Molly. Great scenery as usual. That new drone is a nice upgrade. On a 1080 display the quality is noticeably crisper than the old drone (IMO). Wish I had a 4K display to view it. Keep on truckin' Molly.😄🥰❤

i also have a 3 pro and a 4 pro and find the home icon is the best thing about the upgrade ... comes in so handy when flying in dense tree cover ... well worth it. keeping my 3 Pro is a great backup after breaking it then having to come home to get it repaired.

I do not approve of your hassle with pumping or deflating tires. It’s easier to take two additional wheels with lugs (herringbone or all-terrain tires) and attach stud extensions, doubling the rear-wheel drive area. I hope this Toyota lunar rover has a differential lock?! The risk of getting stuck is minimal; you will definitely get through any mud - to the crocodiles - to the people.

How cold is it? For Russian swimming, 8 C is the best, but if it’s 15, it’s the tropics! In our mountain waterfalls the water can be 4 C without thermal socks, your legs just cramp and you can’t get out. Below the water is warmer, of course 8...15 degrees, there are already trout or grayling and newts and frogs frolicking. And thank God we don’t have crocodiles, which we are very happy about!

Days and days of waiting for the upload. I've been camping and mushroom foraging the last couple weeks and my son who is 4 has had a great time. Next on my list is a 4wd so we can go further and do more. The little KIA just doesn't cut it in the forests and dirt roads. 😅 I can't wait to have a set up and leave when we want to 110k subs! Still being from the US I am so envious of your beautiful diesel Hi Lux you have kitted? out so well. I have a 06 Tundra gas V6 towing a 24' travel trailer. Would be perfect to have diesel.

Another great video Mol , your scenery footage is very cool , tourism Australia should be throwing some bucks your way ;) . I love the Hilux set up , truly awesome , makes me want to get out on the road . Reminds me in stark contrast to some decades ago i went in an 1976 Nissan patrol G60 on a working holiday around oz , the old G60 had the comfort of a world war 2 Jeep :) , however it was a reliable old bugger with a long stroke 6 cylinder and 3 speed very truck like gear box with no synchro on first with a hi/lo transfer case and provision for a pto to run off the side of the box to run ancillary equipment like a winch , hydraulic pump ,etc , so it was very agricultural device , but again very reliable , but astonishingly thirsty and noisy and not really comfortable , its ride was incredibly harsh , its all part of the fun though :) . Wow Molly we were up there last year for the UFO Festival in August. If you are up here around that time, I would recommend in coming for the experience. Those watering holes were absolute amazing and the lookout at the end was awesome. We are planning to go back up there this year again coz we liked it that much it’s like the atmosphere with the town and involvement from everyone was hands down. Question did you camp at the crystal creek campgrounds on the beach? As that place is where I grew up around in my younger days. I still go back there every year with my family just to stay in touch with everyone. Well, I hope you love these places like I / we do. Keep up the great work Molly can’t wait for the next adventure. 😁🥰

I remember seeing a show about a guy who got trapped under a boulder next to a creek on Hinchenbrook Island. He described crabs nibbling at his trapped legs and how he thought he was going to drown as the water level in the creek rose. Pretty scary.
