I was on an adventure ride last weekend on my xr650r. Came up to a sketchy water crossing I’d probably normally not do, but felt inspired and gave it a go. After nearly dumping it, I inadvertently said “come on Sally!” and tractored out haha. Been enjoying the channel immensely.

Wow, so this property is laid out for moto-cycle use? One great big loop so you know where you'll be starting/stopping & that you know there's plenty of food/water & a safe place at the end. That's really cool & I like it so much that I wanna know if we've got places like this over here? I've not seen anyone doing video of it but I can't help but thinking there's got to be some ! Yeah, it's that appealing to me. Very kool video. Thanks

Hey Lance, just wanted to say Cheers for making the videos, you're the reason I just got my licence and picked up my first bike, a 2010 DRZ400E 2 days ago, she's really tidy and only has 5,100 km on her, but I'll definitely run those numbers up

@The_Apprentice_Adventurer Did my first decent length ride today, a bit of highway, a couple trails with a mate, and loving the DRZ so far. Might need some new tyres soon, what were the ones you were recommending again? For a bit of every terrain.

@@oldbob106 I’d run the Motoz Rallz and dual venture. Spend a bit on them but you’ll get plenty of kilometres. I’m trying some Mitas ones as we speak but don’t know enough about them to give advice yet.

Have you ridden the Mt Horrible road? Not too far from Paling Yards. Some more incredible scenery and the road is far from horrible..

@@michal7817 hey legend. I use ExploreOz Traveller app. They do support the channel but I love it. It has the most in depth detail you can get on a map. Check them out.

Hey Lance your videos are awesome and inspire me to get out. 2 questions, what tyres do you run? Dirt/road ratio? And what maps do you use for off-line?

@@michaelpope5431 awesome to hear mate. I use 80 dirt 20 road type tyres. Normally Motoz Rallz or Dunlop 606s. Both are really good. I use ExploreOZ Traveller app. It’s an Aussie owned and operated company which is what I really like about them.
