@@GlenAndMado Poverty is a choice! Those people made wrong choices in life. They become poor because they don't value education much, family planning, and responsible parenthood. Unfortunately, the basic education of the Ph is still poor as it doesn't discuss how to change their century-old mindset and odd belief system to make their lives even better.
