Genuine feminine concern. If the water cannot go into your nose for risk of infection. If you sit in the water, it’ll go into your parts down there, into your body. Wouldn’t that be an issue too?

I think the issue is amoebas (specifically naegleria fowleri) that can get into your brain from your sinus cavity. That wouldn’t be an issue with your vagina/anus/mouth etc. It’s specifically dangerous for it to go up your nose.

Your feminine tunnel collapses when not in use, which is why water doesn't enter during a bath or while swimming. However, even if amoeba did enter the tunnel, it would be challenging for it to get pass your cervix, which secretes a mucus to keep foreign bodies out. The V.agin* Bible (take a guess at the missing letter) is a good book to learn about that area.

I believe that is a class 3 scramble. Impressive hiking and dedication. All to get to a hot spring. I am a class 5 rock climber who uses harness and rope to climb vertical cliffs and respect what you do. But be careful sweetheart❤
