No, due to the lack of mobility. He can't fight well against kiting builds, for example Bow/Frost, but Carving Sword I consider S Tier without a doubt.

Theres a build that will counter kiting i think it was duskweaver helmet and mage robe robe is optional tho

If my focus was to do more Mists I would learn to play with Deathgivers or Carving Sword, they have a lot of mobility. Now in the open world Battle Bracers are great because of their mobility, they don't have the life sustain of the Battleaxe, but with them I would be able to escape many ganks, their PVE is also very good.

Hi. I want to solo roam with battleaxe, too. How many specs should I have on axe tree to go with t8 equal sets? (i mean i want to have at least 1500 ip with t8 equal set, 5.3 cape)

If you have at least 100/100 in all items you can get between 1450 to 1500 IP in each item, what matters most is the individual power of each item, for example if you use a T4.0 cape your average power will be low, if you use a T5.3 cape your average power will increase, but that does not mean that you became stronger with more damage/life/defense, because your individual IP power of each item remains the same.
