I really enjoy playing games solo too! Black Sonata, Orchard, Under Falling Skies, and Lost Expedition are all fun games! Orchard technically has 18 cards, but you play 9 at a time which is pretty cool and takes up a decent amount of table space. Also, Black Sonata has an expansion. Maybe Try these: -Crystallo -Oniverse Series (Shadi Torbey) (6-7 games) -The Solo Hero Series (Renegade games) (3 games) -Maquis -Blitzkrieg! Caesar!-Dogfight! series (3 games) -Resist! -Some of the The Tiny Epic series plays solo I'm planning to try Planet X, Project L and Noctilluca solo

Colossus is my current go to solo game, and its the size of a deck of cards so it goes everywhere with me.

I really love Hadrian's Wall. I've actually only played it solo and not sure if I really want to try it multiple player. Under Falling Sky is really good, really reminds me of Space Invaders. The Search for Planet X is also really good solo. Cascadia is my go to solo game. Such a comfort game to play before bedtime. Small snack, tea and Cascadia 👌.

The Lost Expedition is amazing solo - and really great as a coop! It's one of the only games I own where I would unhesitatingly rebuy the expansion (Fountain).

For Northwood! is AMAZING. Artwork, components, theme, ease of play, campaign to spice things up... what's not to love? And it's just the right amount of time I want to put into a solo game.

As a largely solo player I am always looking for great suggestions so this video is right up my alley. Lots of great suggestions in the comments as well. A few of my current favorites with a good AI opponent include: Divvy Dice, Ginkgopolis, Fantastic Factories, Red Rising, Villagers and Meadow. Keep up the great work! You and Jeff are adorable and highly entertaining.

Jamie, I second this, Under Falling Skies is good. I've only played twice, not the campaign scenario yet. But worth the 30 minutes it takes to play.

Black sonata is SO GOOD. The integration of the history of each of the ladies with the symbols used for them was amazing to me. I’ve been trying to get the fair youth expansion without any luck yet, although I think if I get truly desperate there’s a PNP

Great list! I love For Northwood. I also really enjoy The Lost Expedition and Orchard. I would recommend Valley of the Kings, Piepmatz, Lux Aeterna, Mr. Cabbage Head’s Garden, Walking in Burano, Village Green, Flip City, Songbirds, Eck, and Sweetlandia. Perfect for your stream might be The Brambles.

I’ve enjoyed Under Falling Skies and started the campaign but haven’t been able to win any of my games-but I think I need to work on my strategy on that one. Hadrian’s wall is great. I actually like playing games solo first (that have at least 1 player count), so that I can learn the game on my time and teach it later to friends if they want to player at a higher player count. Legacy of Yu is a quick set up and tear down. It can be tricky because there are multiple things that can make you lose, and it’s hard to manage it all the first game or two, but once you get the strategy down you should be able to finish the campaign no problem.

Definitely try Hostage Negotiator! Personally I much preferred it to Final Girl; less fiddly and sets up/plays faster while still giving that dice kick :)

My favorite plane tray solo game is Skulls of Sedlec with the solo expansion and 1 additional expansion (Merchants or Executioners).

I love to play the West Kingdom series by Garphill Games Solo, in particular the Viscounts of the West Kingdom. The AI is very good and really simulates the feel of another player.

There is an app for coffee roaster, i would like to give it another try as it was hard to figure out how to operate the game. I also have black sonata and under falling skies as a PNP in one of my drawers. Legacy of Yu is arriving tomorrow. So we are on the same vibes even though i can not really add to the topic. What I am also intrigued to try is Resist and Maquis, I heard good things about both and I am strangely drawn by the art for Resist.

The Lost Expedition is worth the price. Definitely great solo & coop, played versus once and it was actually a fun spin. Haven't played the The Fountain of Youth & Other Adventures expansion but I heard it was really good too. But it isn't an easy game! Also, solo video Jamie is fun :)

Orchard is amazing definitely recommend it! A variation of it is Grove and that is also great I would say even better than Orchard :) I just started playing Legacy of Yu and indeed it is quite challenging, but has really good mechanics!

Hadrian's Wall is the best! It does a great job of not making you constantly feel like you're just exchanging resources for other resources . . . even though that's exactly what you're doing. Definitely get it into your collection.

I've been interested in Black Sonata for quite some time. Look forward to hearing your thoughts on the game. I'm also curious about Hadrian Wall and Legacy of Yu. They are both on the wishlist for now. I think you will really enjoy Under Falling Skies. Perhaps you might want to livestream it for Freaky Friday. Aliens are freaky, right? As for game suggestions: Have you tried Bargain Basement Bathysphere? It's a roll and write "campaign" style game that is solo only. (My copy is coming next month.) Also, have you played Siege of Valeria. It's another solo only game that I haven't played but it looks interesting.

Orchard is amazing! Three Sisters and Sagrada are my other two favourites to play solo. Legacy of Yu looks so good but personally I don't think I have the attention span for it.

Would like to get your thoughts on Falling Skies and Legacy of Yu once you get a chance to play them. I have Falling Skies and really enjoy it, and have Legacy of Yu on pre-order. For another roll and write, if you have not played Dungeons, Dice, and Danger - its worth checking out.

I just played my first game of Resist! tonight, and it was really fun even though those [expletive] fascists kicked my butt. I have like a half-dozen solo games sitting on my shelf -- Warp's Edge, Under Falling Skies, Nemo's War, Soldiers In Postmen's Uniforms... but I keep just playing Final Girl and Sprawlopolis. I'll definitely be playing For Northwood! when my preorder arrives; I must gravitate towards solo games with exclamation points! Have you played Obsession solo yet??
