Dude! Im new to the game and been having fun doing bounty hunting with LRT + looting the cargo such as corundum, medical supplies titanium etc figuring i could sell it just like you in this video, last night i fitted 127 scu on my c1 and took it to Grim Hex only to find out they didnt buy anything. Are those material not supposed to be sold or how am i supposed to sell that? Thanks for any advice ! Real bummer after the load and unload time it took!

Hi there, glad you loving the bounty hunting! Amazing that you’re finding all that cargo on low level missions. What ships are you finding loot on in LRTs? Really cool that there is loot there! I usually only start finding loot on higher level missions. Check if you have a new certification mission to move onto MRTs and then HRTs after that. The loot will get better and better 👍 Those materials you are finding are legal cargo which can be sold at all major cities in a building called the TDD (Trade Development Division) Land at you hangar, load all cargo down into your warehouse and then jump on a train to the area with the TDD at whichever city you choose. At the terminal there you will be able to sell it 👍

I lost about 1.5million in RNC on a black screen of death crash right when I was about to set down in my hangar. When I relogged, I was teleported inside the spaceport with my ship stored but unable to be retrieved. I nearly uninstalled SC and sold my account on the grey-market. But cooler heads prevailed and I instead jumped from my second story balcony into razor-wire...

Yeah I once lost my rented ship that had all my money worth in gold inside because the elevator I needed to go to to sell wasn’t working and I had to go before it started working so I got kicked for inactivity and lost all my money

haha this reminds me when i bought 1.5 mil worth of cargo and tried to auto load/unload. the hanger just eat my ship with no way to get it back without claiming. last time i ever use that feature and just do it manually now lol

Hello man nice video! I wanted to ask you, I used to fight in a Corsair but then they nerfed it with the 2 S5 cannons that are now controlled by copilot. In your opinion which is the best ship to get to do these missions in solo? Another thing. I'm on Pyro with my Aurora (yeah thanks wipe!) and I'm stuck there obviously because I can't jump to Stanton. There are VHRT there too?

Honestly, the difference is not that massive between the two. Corsair has 2xS5 and 2xS4 pilot controlled weapons, the Constellation 4xS5. I don't think most players actually have big difference in flying the ships in combat. Both are good. The Connie has a bit more firepower and hull strength, but is more expensive and has this bar in front of your view. The Corsair has bit lower performance, but is cheaper to obtain ingame.

Yeah, I own a Corsair, biggest issue is which guns to use - swap to CF repeaters (Rhino/Galderhen) for anti-fighter, Attritions/M7A for bigger ships (I found 8 Attrition-5 from Connies other players dumped over Yela). The Taurus has more cargo space so you can do two VHRTs before RTB to store cargo) I’ve stopped playing until 4.0.1 drops.

With the Taurus, have you found the ship's tractor beam to be of any use (vs. the maxlift)?

The tractor beam can come in very handy when a soft killed ship is upside down on a planet and you can’t access on foot and also when loading loads of containers you can’t access have one guy or more loading from space or surface and then pilot helping out with ship tractor beam. Then the pilot doesn’t have to keep getting out of the ship to assist.

It is very useful in a zone where you dont want to load everything manually (pyro places i.e.) and stay in you ship. The downside of this is you only can be fast if you take 16x scu

The ship tractor beam physics model is really annoying. It's like walking on slick ice. It's not "snappy". After the ATLS released I was hoping they would soon add the same model onto ship... but alas. I think it's horrible and clunky.

I used to use the Corsair as it had 6 pilot guns and was more powerful than the Taurus. However since they nerfed the Corsair and removed to of the front guns from the pilot, the Taurus is now slightly more powerful and has better cargo.

How to get missions in space, I only have them on planets and I lose half the ships I destroy, also when I try to scan, the cargo tab never shows me anything

I do most of my missions around Yela in Crusader, that’s why they are in space. Much easier to loot and soft kill them. You have to hold the scan down until the bar gets right to the top. It goes up 80% and then the final 20% takes a little extra time. Let me know how you get on 👍

seems like the lower level missions are more difficult cause there more fighters, and a little easier when you get to top tier missions cause there are less fighters and more cargo ships?

Taurus Solo, Starlancer with 2 or more. Even a A2 with people

I would say any Constellation solo. Corsair for 2 peeps or more. But ERTs are tough now and multiple ships with solo pilots is your best bet. You can then share agro and have more firepower.

You should swap for attritions atleast over the 7As. The Galdereens are good here too. It'll be a lot more hellish with such slow firerate and projectile speed. Been doing this rodeo since 2018. Meta keeps changing so much. I wish cannons were still the best.

Thanks for the tip 👍 I have tried some repeaters but I find you have to be close to target to do good damage with them. The cannons seem to be great from long range and in the latest patch the NPC ships are so accurate and powerful in the higher levels that I try to keep max distance. For the HrT missions and lower level missions, the cannons are a bit of a nightmare against the fast nibble fighter ships.

@@SC-Vinchenz-lh9gi You make a good point. I was noticing that same trend with the Guardian and doing bunkers. Sniping out bunker turrets with the M7As is a lot easier than with Galdereens or Attritions. Maybe Omnis to balance the damage/precision to firerate? It's less damage but a good blend. Good video, and don't forget to use your manual aiming for those fighters!! Enable gyro and trace 'em down with your mouse.

I just go into vtol mode whether im in the Connie or the c2, and let the enemies fly around me, but I’m like a swivel pivot point, and can tank the few shots and dish out maximum attack

Some guys in my Org had this with no missions showing and they said reactivating or putting down a comm array made their missions reappear. I know they have nothing to do with bounty missions but seemed to work for 3 org mates. Also character repair worked for a couple of guys too. Hope it helps 👍

Definitely worth it but I would start with the unverified Vaughn missions as the rewards are much bigger and the grind is much less to get to the loot giving missions. Video coming soon of a full Vaughn guide 👍
