Was that a rachet strap that you had connected to the tree hugger? What brand, if you don’t mind sharing? I tried some cinch straps but I don’t feel like I can pull hard enough to get the ridge line super tight.

Yes it’s just a Home Depot ratchet strap connected to the tree hugger. I can’t get it real tight without it
