Solo Camping in the Rain and Sleep in Suzuki Jimny | ASMR | Tarp Awning | Mess Tin Cooking

Join me on an eagerly awaited adventure of solo camping in rain as I journey with my trusty Jimny to a picturesque bush campsite. Please come along and discover the enchanting experience of camping, surrounded by the soothing symphony of raindrops. Parking my Jimny beneath a pine tree, I find the ground carpeted with a thick layer of pine needles, ensuring that I won't have to contend with mud during the rain.
In the brief reprieve from the rain, I took the opportunity to set up my tarp awning, cleverly attached to the roof bars. This awning provided essential protection for the area around the tailgate and the front-left door, just in time for the rain to resume. Beneath the sheltering awning, I prepared a mouthwatering meal of teriyaki beef and rice, using nothing more than simple mess tins. As night fell, the rain persisted, prompting me to retreat into the comfort of my car. There, I indulged in some sake and lost myself in a good book, all while the gentle raindrops performed their rhythmic symphony on the car's roof. What a truly relaxing atmosphere, complemented by the soothing sound of rainfall!

Hello! I would like to see a video in wich you explain your mods, accesories, and general build that you found usefull on your Jimny. Also, I would like (maybe another video) to have tips and general advice to have such a good camping like you have. Hey thanks for watching and we're really glad that you enjoyed our videos! Yes we also thought about making special episodes on the tips and tricks in terms of owning a Jimny and camping. We can give you some suggestions now that I believe the most important. In terms of the Jimny, we did not have any modifications, but we did have some clever accessories: 1. IPF footwell extension kit. This is a game changer. It maximise space utilisation without removing the back seats. 2. Anti-slip tapes. They prevent your cargo from sliding around, and performs better than boot mats (and a lot cheaper). 3. Roof bars: Yakima LockNLoad TrimHD 1500mm. Low profile, flat and sturdy. In terms of creating a comfortable camping space, there won't be universal rules, as long as you feel happy. From our experience, the key is to categorise our items and always store them in a designated place, such as storage boxes, pouches, etc., instead of scattering the on the ground or table. Hey, when you create a tidy, organised space in the midst of nature's randomness, the contrast can bring you immense satisfaction. In fact, we believe that satisfaction often stems from the beauty of contrast. Another example is a tarp awning sheltering you from a rainy day and the unpredictability of nature. It's in this contrast that you'll discover a unique and fulfilling sense of satisfaction, even more profound than the comfort of a brick house. Hi there! Nope, I closed all windows to keep the mozzies out. Don't worry, cars aren't air-tight, so there's still airflow even with everything closed. Just make sure to park in a shaded, open area and keep the engine off for safety.
