@jonny3801 I'll bite at that lure... ehhh, I love fishing shows, but this guy, nothing personally against the host, but he talks a lot... about nothing... the entire time, just talking and talking, with overly staged set-up shots, over and over, and no real pay-offs. I found myself, after awhile, fast-forwarding through the video to find the promised fish that were "Too Big". The main issue I have with his videos, is that with all that talking and mugging, not much fishing action actually happened. I love fishing shows, when the fishing is the main attraction not simply the backdrop.

Awesome video. One thing I have noticed when you’re fishing is you seem to think that tightening the drag as much as possible will make it more likely to reel in fish. That might work for smaller fish when using light gear but obviously for the bigger ones that’s not going to cut it. Believe it or not you can catch even some of the larger fish on the light gear you just need to loosen the drag a little and let the fish take the line. That way slowly but surely depending on the size of the fish you can reel it in while tiring it out, it just takes a lot of patience. But obviously there’s a limit to the size of fish you can pull in on light gear and the limit at the very highest depends on if the rod and your line can support the weight of the fish. Eventually the fish will be too big for light gear, loosened drag or not. But just some advice so you don’t lose all your lures when going fishing.
