Cool video, Cap. The Bahamas are beautiful and such nice locals. That fishing was trip was great. I think you need a lead magnet for the rod holder...? Only two boats I'd consider.... Parker (Hopefully not crooked) and C-Dory I'm staying inshore or very near shore.... So the C-Dory 22' is my pick. If I was going to Bahamas.... C-Dory cat 25' is my pick. But the Parker is great too.

That was a nice mornings fishing session. I laughed when the Mahi, or Dolly (Dolphin fish) as we call them in Australia, was thrashing about and you were telling it to settle down 🤣. My best Mahi was 4 foot long, caught it in Bali around 2007 or 2008. I caught two a few years ago off New South Wales coast but they were under size. They’re one of my favourite to catch and eat. Seeya next week mate. 🛥💨🇦🇺🎣👍🏻🍺🍺

I’m a much much more part time fisherman than you but watching you I realize some things I need to do. Yesterday I was out 30 miles or so past block island Rhode Island USA and we were targeting blue fin tuna. We were on a Parker 23 with a “sport cabin” but I spent the majority of the time on the back decal. I really should have worn a face covering and a big ole’ hat like that. Today I’m dealing with being FRIED by the sun lol. I always forget how harsh it is out there with the reflection. If I was more prepared it would have been more enjoyable.

Yo Capt. great vid buddy that was awesome im wondering why you don't have a downrigger no need to have that big weight on your fishing line. I have a Cannon with the big weight with the quick release for your line I just don't have the swivel base that attaches to the boat i would be more than glad to send it to you i don't have a boat anymore.

For deep dropping use steel Rebar. Your a handy guy. Cut to size Put a hole through it or weld a loop on it. It's alot cheaper.

How do you navigate around knowing that it wont get shallow from a rock/reef bottom. Is it just proximity to the land that gives you a safe distance or is it possible to hit patches way off land?

Lol cap and yes only 15 gallon because i have a 90 gallons of fuel and only used about 30+gallos so i have enough to make ot back home plus the fuel here is like $6 per gallon cap.👍🛥⚓️
