E no shame. I think a lot of people find it difficult or lonely at times and I love company especially with friends & family but I honestly love my alone time. I could truely say that I know myself better and enjoy my own company. My goal for this year is to take myself out on a solo date or go cinemas alone! Loved the vlog once again x

The 1st time I took myself to the movies alone I was about 20 yrs old. I was extremely nervous but I had started 4-10’s, had a rainy Fri off and took myself to a matinee. No one looked @ me weird - there were pairs and singles and it felt like the best way to spend a rainy afternoon- you can’t really talk during a movie anyway! I was soo proud of myself! One of my daughters takes herself out to eat at nice restaurants (like sushi) and I’m amazed - I couldn’t have done that at her age (she’s currently 19)! Enjoy taking yourself out on the town!
