It is much easier to understand when you talk a out bent and straight legs instead of using terms that we don't know what they are. Like what is reveille other than waking up in French? Plie?

Sorry these are pretty universal dance terms, but I probably shouldn’t assume everyone knows them. Relevé = extended ankle, “calf raise”. Technically coming from bent knees but it is used for pretty much all cases. Plié - bend knee
