I play mainly Tom Clancy's The Division (Ubisoft) I played since 1.0 all the way to current 1.6 (1.6.1) patch.
I love to use Sniper, specially One Shot One Kill but I also play meta builds. Im a member of ETF (Elite Task Force Alpha)
Builds I played: Sentry, Pistol build, Striker, Highend, HEXOTIC; Nomad, Predators mark, tactician, lone star, final measure, alphabridge, banshee, deadeye, firecrest & reclaimer.
Most of the time I play as rogue and go Manhunt #RogueLife but sometimes the other rogues get rekt. PVP (multiplayer) is my main focus as I just said I also like to make builds, sometimes they turn the meta.

Having health on kill on your vest and mask makes a huge difference. Im surprised not many players go that route. Combine it with striker and the sawed off with sustained and predatory, u get so much health back

I have an idea/suggestion, when you pass rank 5 manhunt, you become "kill on sight" your damage increase 1% for everyplayer that chase/attack you and their damage is increase 2% for every agent marked with "kill on sight" and for every 5 agents you kill while marked will grant you a cache (classified and exotic pool only), to clear it however its a bit hard you need to kill 5 agents near the station and aroon keener will statically speak in the intercom "good youre worthy and suddenly all your bounty is clear (manhunt caches still granted)

Console are different from pc, for example you cant get crit damage 20% from small grip on console, you only get 19% max, and 6% rate of fire on pc, you can only get 5.60% on console

Marco V it rewards you for beig good, for constantly being in the fight, you must keep those stacks or your build becomes shit. Its entirely dependant on the user, bad striker players cant beat good ones despite the even ground. Other builds are niche and require a team to function. Nomad is luck and pred turns a mediocre player into a pro player. FM is niche and situational, D3 is decent too but also situational and too easy to counter, deadeye is dead, firecrest is mildly annoying, AB?? Banshee?? What are they? Reclaimer is fantastic until it meets the disruptor.. Solo there is only 1 build to dominate while rogue and its striker. Top tier players become gods with striker, therefore i conclude that striker is skill based. Because a new or avg player simply would be better off using nomad.

I don't have a problem with nomad, I don't have a problem with shock turrets, I don't have a problem with most of the stuff in the game but predators mark is the most trash build in this game and it needs to be nerfed. It requires zero skill to apply 10 bullets into someone and having bleed drain the health pool at a whole bar per tick it's so stupid.
