Its probably the best goal in hockey history. I have watched hockey since 1980. McDavid is not the best player ever, that is Peter Forsberg. The only one I could think of pulling the same thing off is Sergei Makarov in his prime. It is a marvelous goal. Speed, technique, coolness and purpose.

I remember watching game 5 vs blues and Nate scores a top highlight/career goal for the trick and thought “yes!!!!!! Going to the finals!!!!” Then blues came back and won like 2 min into OT. Was one of their 2 wins. Then we win in 6… would have been too perfect to win at home in 5 I guess…
