@brazilliantplays I’ve apply Ninja perk 3 star in Agility and crouch once the shield is down you gain the sneak attack damage. Not sure why but it works. Numbers don’t really change but the boss health melts quick. Works better with two player though.

So with pounders on both electrified and poisoned from the time you engaged to the time it was defeated it took you 59 seconds. Same setup but with food buffs it took you 1 minute and 3 seconds. This is weird. I run furious, poison with pounders of course and no food buffs. From the time I engage to the time it’s defeated I kill him between 53 seconds to a minute. I play on Xbox as well. Weird how everyone gets different numbers. I am pretty happy with my setup and time to kill. Never go over a minute. Awesome video and comparison. Just subscribed 👍

It's the shield rng with ricochet, sometimes I kill shield in 3 of his bursts and he dies in 46 to 50 secs other times ricochet doesn't want to work and it takes 1 min+ best strat is to hit the core on his back to get shield low before he starts firing saves some time.

Complementing the comment above, it also depends on how long takes for the guardian to fully raise in the platform. It's a bit buggy sometimes, so it takes more time and the clock keeps running as soon you press the button to start.

Without any mod on your auto axe, you can destroy the shield as he is popping up, and then he never even gets to fire. It only saves a few seconds, 30-50 seconds per run. But furious and pounders are required to destroy the shield completely before he starts shooting.

Why Furious for an eventual 45% boost after multiple hits over Troubleshooters for a flat 50% boost? As for the poison, I found that while I did less damage in terms of numbers, with the DOT I could kill the guardian within half a second compared to electric with science (recorded and compared videos) so I just opted to use my perk points for better stuff and go poison

Another informative video, thank you for all the work that went into this, I really want to start doing these runs solo however don’t want to fork out the atoms for the auto axe and the grind for stamps is insane, I’ve been looking at the chainsaw or in hopes I can get a system working with that instead would you think any of these methods could work with that melee instead?

Tbh, I got the auto-axe with stamps. It used to be a lot more grind before the latest update that cut half of the cost from 1000 stamps to 500. If you do about 3 hours of grinding expeditions, it's likely will have the stamps to buy it. I tested in the past with the chainsaw, you don't get even close to these numbers, so it's not worth it.

You'd have to throw out survivability and stack every possible bit of damage you can to even have a chance, and you'd probably need to bring a bunch of quad crippling dragons to take down the shield. The chainsaw has just over half the damage of the autoaxe, and cannot deal the energy damage that EN06 is weak to, nor can it benefit from the Science perks, so you have a lot of ground to make up.

I'm getting mixed info about those Science Perks. I prefer poison bc I just like the green lol. I got a pounders mod but I'm not giving it to my Raiding character, but rather to my low level Barbarian who gets all the best gear despite looking primitive.

That's why I tested the Electric with and without the science perks, the difference is minimal, but you still get a bit more using it. Check the sections with the Electric mod. You can find the chapter on the video description.

Great vid, clear and love the music (what is it?) I get an ave of 2600 - 2800 with food buffs using elect autoaxe with pounders. Still trying to get the defeat down to sub 1min but just miss it most times. Might experiment between chems (fury/psycho etc...) to edge that timer below 60 sec 🙂

Yes, you should get that, as in the video my buffs were only +4 st and +80% instead of the general +5 st and +100% when you are in a team with mutated characters.

@@zvijer2960 I am guessing something else is affecting the damage for this. I did a run where I was a bit down on health and having the adrenal reaction mutation already affected the damage giving me a bit more. I have a build that I can do half-bloodied with the PA, I will do a quick video today.

What’s it with the poisoned mod? Robots and turrets are immune to poison damage. Feels like a no brainer not to use it.

I received many comments about the poisoned mod in the previous videos and in the game, so I just want to make sure this wasn't a thing. I also tested overzealous perk, with the radiation, to see if would affect as did with the robots in Neurological warfare, and it didn't.

I run aristocrats but I also have pounders. Without damage perks or incisor I hit for about 1000 in the yellow when it gets revved up

Without pounders, you should be using food buffs to hike your numbers. I didn't test the 3-star auto-axe with the food buffs because I already know the results, as I want to see what Mod and legendary would work better. You should apply any strength and melee buffs, from food and chems. That should get your numbers close to 1000 per hit without using pounder's. However, if you see the video until the end, you will see the furious auto axe with pounders doing 2500 per hit with the food buffs, and this without all the max numbers on the food, due to not being in a team and getting +4 st and +80% melee instead of + 5 st and +100%.
