These are my favourite type of van builds. They may not be “perfect” but they are perfect to them and each little thing is sentimental and created with love. Josie is so happy and positive I’m sure she will do well in whatever she chooses to do 🥰

You will want to get two solar panels for your roof! Take that from a six year veteran with a compressor refrigerator and a few extra items that need to be charged daily. Makes a big difference on those partly cloudy days! One other suggestion, make sure there are other people camping nearby as it is necessary when you are a woman traveling by yourself. I have two daughters and I would be very worried about either of them van dwelling alone. Especially being as damn good looking as you are ha ha! They have smaller cubes that are half as wide that would fit under cabinet. Found them at Everything a dollar stores. Not as flowery but nice for those loose items

A USB rechargeable pump that you put in a 3gal[or watever] water jug works great. A BIG canning or oil funnel stuck in 1-2 gal jug to pour your Grey water in or spit in when you brush your teeth works super well till you can empty it. I gotta say, that that burner you use perched on top of that high counter with the pot precariously perched at head-height was SCARY 😨!

I think you did a good job on the van for a newbie😉. It's simple, basic and probably meets your needs. Just want to ask if you have a fire extinguisher, that pan on that propane made me nervous, any way to store extra water,? bear spray or something for protection? Just thinking of stuff I see on other utube channel that might help, otherwise your awesome and doing great. Be safe and happy journey💗

Yep that propane stove so close to the van roof line seems dangerous. Maybe switch to a flat butane stove instead to drop the pan down 10 inches or so.

I'm hoping to do my own build in the next year or so perhaps to live in full time!? Will be my first van build, but will do everything myself if possible even down to plumbing solar and electrical, perhaps even build my own batteries! (I love a challenge!) This van reminds me it doesn't have to be perfect to make you happy!! x
