With tofu, I often marinade it in a mixture of Tamari Soy sauce, chopped fresh ginger, crushed garlic, fresh ground black pepper and possibly chopped chilli, depends what I fancy. If you put it to marinade the night before, it only takes ten minutes. You can do a batch and keep it in a sealed container in your fridge. Great for stir frys with noodles and fresh chopped veg, including broccoli!! 🍜👍
@mocarra100Күн бұрын
@@michaelmcginn7260 doesn't tofu take on whatever flavors you put in it that's what a chef told me when I stayed at a b&b one time. Because it has no flavor it's a filler

Love the Outcrop of Low quality Slate/?. This is really fun rock to work with. Small rock/ French wall style. That outcrop is real added Value. I use vinegar or weed Kill, to deal with bad plants. Paint does not age well and looks funny. Use plants to embellish or flower pot, this helps add colour and character to a garden and stone wall. I use Rock Flower on top of walls. SAGE for example. DYE your cement or concrete. 15$ for a package or dye. Tricky to work with. Measure the sand and PORTLAND perfectly when using Mortar DYE. IT also does not age well and works better in really hot areas. Trust me. Stay away from useless plastic and Rubber, a complete waste of money. You paint cement or Concrete when it is old. GRAVEL is not the same as ROAD BASE. Two different application. On small jobs, dont worry about it too much. When paying someone, it is another story. Look up PARCHING MORTAR. Or Mortar Plaster. 2 coats aways. First coat is the the rough, the second is the finish. Fool around will this and watch how good you get. Fine sand use to make a thin layer over Concrete. This is important to know. GREAT JOB. Keep on building that wall, soon it will be in China. lol Gonna go bother my employees now, they say I talk too much.

@@MartinasLife example on the lowest side of a wall or an object to allow the water to drain. Many examples on KZbin. Also...attach gutters, to your home if you can... to downspouts, and drains to downspouts to divert a large amount of water away from your house....out to the lower areas. Also...French drains are great for diverting water. I did this x 4 just in the back of my house alone. Soooo much heavy rain coming off the roof eroded the property before I moved in. I built it back up and like you made used a lot of stone/cement. You have done a fantastic job!

Don't paint the pavers. They look good. You could contrast them by planting small griund covers in the gravel. Creeping thyme is a good one and it loves the sun and smells besutiful when you walk on it.
