My favorite parts are the chopping down of the dead tree.. and all those other tree branch trims. Also, as soon as I saw the state of the mini-blinds in that downstairs window, I knew a kitty lived in the house. My 2 cats have done the same thing to my blinds. Great job, Brian.

That ride-on mower was a nice find! LOL Hopefully he can get that thing up and running, that would help. With a huge yard like that, push mowing would take forever. Very pretty little place now that it's all tidied up. Great work, as always!

This was nothing but true love from your heart. I’m a 71 year old widow who had a husband who did everything. Now it’s up to me. I take pride in the life style we built together, that’s why I get my butt up, do I can do, inside and outside. Not just one home but two because we enjoyed living in two homes. I would have never allowed my homes to get into that condition. I do know health, mobility and financial stability can affect our situations. May God bless you for giving of your services.

@@chasetonga when I was making $27000 a year I paid to have my yard cut. People have different reasons for not doing a chore. I am just saying , a house isn't a good fit. There are so many expensive things that come with a house. I have been a homeowner since I was 20. I also have a developmentally disabled daughter with autism. This complicated my life even more. I am now 72, so I have lived a life. My son makes six figures and doesn't like taking care of a house. He really needs to move to a loft or an apartment. I wasn't being hateful. But if you can't, or don't want to take care of a house, do something different. He is also making it more difficult for the neighborhood. It only takes one house that is in disrepair to cause the values of the neighborhood to go down.

As a homeowner, taking care of the yard is just one aspect of homeownership! Being a part of the community and taking care of the appearance of the lawn et al is just contributing to the overall part of that community's well-being and just being a good neighbor.

I studied and trained as a teacher - couldn’t do it when it came to the crunch. If my children behaved or talked to me some pupils do I’d sooner or later be convicted of some heinous act. The poor man may have a horrendous job, sick family members, supporting elderly parents - we don’t know what his life is like. Stop judging people by your probably priviledged life (I don’t necessarily mean money - lack of stress and enough time, is worth gold)

I paid for most of my class needs. If I hadn’t my students would have learned much. But. I kept my yard up and had a clean house plus was a single mom. Work at Burger King for extra money and sold my blood. Where there’s a will there is a way.

I don't have another way to DM you, I just know I have a few friends who are teachers and they provide quite a few items that there students need in the classroom and for the person who commented about getting another job, that's great but a couple of my friends also coach and getting another job isn't possible for them. I just truly appreciate everything you have done for this person.

@@TopNotchLawns Doing something good even if you find out it wasn't what you thought doesn't take anything away from you, it just makes them less than they were. You did it with a good heart, that's all any of us can do

Im trying to imagine how that situation affected the teacher's mental health, on top of all the stresses that teaching has as a profession today. Thank you, Brian - you have such a beautiful heart. I just love what you do and who you are. ❤️ 😊
