@@chasetonga when I was making $27000 a year I paid to have my yard cut. People have different reasons for not doing a chore. I am just saying , a house isn't a good fit. There are so many expensive things that come with a house. I have been a homeowner since I was 20. I also have a developmentally disabled daughter with autism. This complicated my life even more. I am now 72, so I have lived a life. My son makes six figures and doesn't like taking care of a house. He really needs to move to a loft or an apartment. I wasn't being hateful. But if you can't, or don't want to take care of a house, do something different. He is also making it more difficult for the neighborhood. It only takes one house that is in disrepair to cause the values of the neighborhood to go down.
