We are still below last season in terms of our damage output. We are still -5, but with permanent surges. Which equates to roughly a 7% outgoing damage nerf

i will never do this dungeon solo, its soooo boring and even doing it with a team sucks. just takes too long and the bosses have too much health for solo

@@-Pistola The dungeon is still ass lol. Its not a hard dungeon, the difficulty is just artificial due to boring you out of your mind with how long a single boss takes, you're going to make mistakes once you hit the 6th DPS phase.

I'm SO happy that the best weapons are available in the very first encounter cause I can get it done on all three characters in less than an hour and move on with my week

Bungie - We heard there were complaints about the health pools on bosses in GOTD to help alleviate the problem we have decreased maximum guardian power by 25 in dungeons. We will be monitoring feedback to see if more power reduction is needed.

You’re right it was a base +15 but in testing it was a final -30% dmg when TFS launched with the way bungie reworked scaling and LL

Done this dungeon Solo flawless twice in the past, when it was the newest Dungeon. Used an assassin cowl hunter build for both runs. Tried it again today on my warlock, and I just have to say the changes to dungeon and raid scaling is horrible. They made GoTD even more tedious and long, its honestly extremely annoying to the point where I just went to orbit after a single phase on Simmumah. Why am I 8 phasing the final boss of this damn dungeon? 4 was the most for my hunter on its release, why are we doubling it with the exact same weapons and arguably better builds since I had weaken etc this time?

Very nice! Not been on much since school started but enjoy your solo runs a lot! Dungeon itself is gorgeous yet boss fight annoying, first encounter too long, and Ecthar is great.

In the 2nd traversal phase, I normally have heavy lying around after Ecthar and I just use xeno to 1 tap all wizards and deal with the shriekers in a few shots. That is just a personal preference for me though. For boss you also don’t have to finish with chest, it just can’t be your first rune.

I completed my solo flawless around week 2 and I agree, by far the worst solo experience of any dungeon. It's such a slog, and the final encounter is the worst of them all. After doing my flawless I did not bother going back in for anything else as I had already gotten they exotic on my 4th run lucky enough.

I'll keep it 100% this IS my fav dungeon followed by grasp, but I do agree, this dungeon is SLOW, the reason I like it so much is it is the peek of hive lore and hive rituals, it is so cool, when it comes to story.

Most difficult thing about this dungeon is not fall to the impulse of quiting the game because of boredom 😅 Navigator is the only dungeon exotic i dont have yet

In regards to the final boss, you don’t have to finish with the chest, but you can’t start with it.

Is there a reason for not using shock and awe I love it on hunter punch builds so I can cosplay as a titan wouldn’t it be even better on titan with this load out specially

I haven’t watched any of the other solo flawless clears with this build you’ve posted but I was curious if you have problems coding or something goofy when you kill an enemy and not get your melee back… feels like it happens quite often to me.

Tbh u can wormgod or syntho imost with tractor and spam and or just tractor and do glacial quake melee with full wormgod stacks way easier safer and much more dmg for ecthar and then summumah arby with doom pit surrounded with expanding abyss mod from season and twilight arsenal more power to u if u have star eater eternal warrior more dmg

is skullfort better then point-contact cannon brace?

I don't see the relevance of using Skullfort (despite being 1 of the best looking exotics). Having run this build alongside "mine" I swear the Aspect : Knockout with the Fragment "Facet of Blessing" does exactly the same thing as Skullfort but better as you can use Knockout + Consecration alongside "Frenzied blade" & thus 3 sources of healing if the traditional melee healing option isn't enough thus freeing you up to run a different exotic armour piece adding far more utility for the same cost. I run the exact same fragments other than replacing the 2 Facets "Dominance" with "Blessing" & "Sacrifice" with "Balance" (but the latter isn't a required swap if you wish to run the arc nade.) {Artifact musts : shieldcrush, galvanic armour & shock & awe (adding even more to Knockout). With "my" build I have powered melee up all the time as rarely do I need to use all 3 charges of consecration where as with skullfort i'm left waiting for melee to return with far too long a gap regardless of mods/100 stats etc as a powered melee is a must have option when normal requires a kill to get started & become useful. (i've not tried a pugilist weapons build... but tbh I dont think a build should or can rely heavily on a single weapon perk/modifier.) Its unfortunate as it'd be nice to get away from Consecration but having 3 charges of it (+5 under prismatic) is just too powerful to leave on the table. thanks for all you do - love the indepth vids.

What worked for me seems to be solar , solar and nothing but solar Ichtar this seasons got a little easier since he doesn’t push you out of well if you’re running radiance. + trench barrel perfect paradox shotty. You’ll 3 phase and solar keeps you healthy and alive. Similarly , on final boss, don’t burn your super but use it to buff your whisper to apply scorch and cause ignitions and constant radiant for the entire dps phase.
