I use Hothead with Field Prep and dump as many rockets into Kell Echo as possible before he teleports, snipe hobbies with Arbalest and a scout rifle It’s 4-phase-able if you get good rng

I cheated and just went on my Titan, grinded Lorelei and proceeded to do a test run (this was before Lorelei nerf) to see how it went. Had I not been bopped off the edge by Phalanx Echo at the start of the run, I would’ve had a solo flawless Propechy. Oh well.
