I packed up the truck cap camper and headed back into the remote North Maine wilderness for another SOLO fly fishing and camping adventure. With spring fishing in full swing, we hooked up to LOTS of Native fish and finished off the day with a camping meal in the back of the truck.

@@sickology_101 no i havnt seen his other channel yet about tying flies. I am actually in maine.. midcoast in bucksport. I have since (from my previous post) aquired my hunters safety course and now only need to purchase my hunting liscense. Im hunting white tail with an aero-precision M5 .308 rifle with a 20" balistic advantage barrel. I hear arkansas has some big bucks.

@@jakelapoint that is a nice rifle, I use a Savage Arms 110 Bolt-Action chambered in a .300 Win Mag now adays because of need for long shots 300 yards and above, and yes we have some big deer but with the amount of poachers we have I don't see it lasting many more years, that is why when I seen this I offered assistance because I really respect and enjoy having anyone come to the sport that will respect the rules and regulations.

Okay. I LITERALLY JUST got my fly box made by this man himself. I have ZERO experience doing this sport but gathering knowledge through his channel and others. Who taught you to tie flys and to be a proper fisherman? I have a lot of respect for wildlife and I follow the rules and all that, but unfortunately the person that showed me everything about fishing that I know has passed away and I try to absorb as much as possible from these videos. Im excited for ice fishing, and would love to learn more about that as well. Edit: I love the way you interact with other fishermen. Ive been out with other people and seen other act defencively about locations or lures, and I maintain the belief that theres anough to go around. I hope that I stumble upon more people like you. Thank you for all your content. I grew up fly fishing, camping, just loving the outdoors.. I became disabled couple yrs ago, been waiting on supposed Double Knee Replacements and Lower Back Surgery in Massachusetts BUT Gov says due to this new interruption in everyone's lives w some supposed Vaccination for some crazy unfounded COVID,,, They say my Surgeries aren't life threatening ( as I sit here slowly dying, from pain to walk to such severe pain and use a cane to walk ten steps if I'm lucky, the pain has beaten me up so badly, I feel like I'm slowly dying no matter how much I complain to GOV and Drs, they just let us all suffer. What an embarrassment by our Government to us all. ) anyhow I'm going to try to get some material to maybe tie some flies. you make it look easy, also the videos of fishing bring back great memories for me my friend...
