This was one of Krieger's tastiest guiar solos - the tone he got out of that SG of his was wonderful....

But don't forget that he normally used Fender amps.

le solo est parfait ,il n'est pas simple à jouer, comme tout le morceau, mais quelle belle mélodie qu'on ne se lasse pas de jouer,merci Bruce !!

Good! Now what I really wanted to learn are the chords behind the solo! I've wanted to figure those chords out for over 25 years now. Nobody on you tube seems to know them either.

From what I have been able to figure out is that it is simply the verse progression sort of spiced up a little using 7th chords. So, yeah, the other guy that replied to your question is pretty much right on. Fair winds fellow Doors fan. Actually, now that I have goofed around with it a little more it seems like it's a major and minor mix. Leave it up to Robby Krieger. He is always really good at that sort of thing. I chock it up to his love for Jazz.

Nice job as always. I am impressed by your tone and precise timing. Could you please put up a video about your guitars and amps and effects and some pointers on how to get some good sounds. Thanks .

What chords are playing on rhythm track while doing lead. Em ?
@raysmith16303 жыл бұрын
It's the same as the verse progression with what seems to be a mixture of major and minor chords. It took me quite a while to figure it out.. Robby Krieger is a master at mixing major and minor chords and notes. I chock it up to his love of Jazz.
