Btw if you want to take no damage from the grimthorns, you can just dash through their chase zone and then you'll be far enough away that you can just do a second dash. Also if you bring the grimthorns closer to the cave before going in, you won't have the problem of the grimthorns going back to the middle. I've been able to get 450+ kills with this method. Also around 500 with just the normal way.
