More like "consistent" period. I practiced blink for about 6 or 7 hours total without it, and my success was about 30% overall at that point. You need to get it right 9 times, and based on all the seemingly random factors, I am of the opinion it is humanly impossible to get the blinks right. Testing in a vacuum (that is, not even trying to move or complete the encounter, just blinking the parts) I never got more than four in a row. Maybe I'm just not good enough. It is certainly possible. I do think it is very unlikely we'll see a non-TA run of this ever though.

The window was just so absurdly narrow that even the macro messed it up (as you probably saw, this happened often). It is worth noting though too, you can do it without a macro. It's just going to be crazy inconsistent. Still a neat trick when you DO get it right though. All movement abilities work too. Like, shadestep, twilight garrison, double jump, etc.
