Thank you. And yes I already knew about the trail being crowded during weekends, that’s why I hiked on a weekday. Plus I guess I got super lucky too. There were only a few hikers that day.

I think it takes about 3-4hrs. But since there are different routes to the mountain, I suggest you to research first and choose a route that you like.

@ how about the weather on Jan ? is it possible to hike ? Bcs i’ll visit korea on Jan, plan to hiking at south korea. Thank you for the information 🙏🏻

@ yeah it’s definitely possible to hike in Jan too but I’ve seen people use shoe spikes during winter because the trail gets quite slippery during winter. Honestly, I also don’t know much about the trail since it was my first time hiking there. And also when I visited, west part of the trail was closed due to landslides. So, I’d recommend you to research before you head out there. Hope that helps.
