My family and I had the pleasure to meet Josh on this walk. I was wondering both when it would be posted and how it would look. As for it looks - awesome. One often forgets some aspects of a walk and to see it again was great. As Josh notes - it is a cracking trail - manicured with many areas for caution. We had cracking weather which was a bonus. As with all of Josh's vids - ripping images. It is great to meet someone who not only loves a walk in the bush but has the eye, skill and desire to promulgate hiking in a short(ish) video to entice. Keep cranking them out Josh - such experiences last a lifetime. Go well.

27 mill and you pay so much to have luxury camping, us locals walk it for free lol but cant stay at huts etc next time bro leave bag half way to cape huay lol mad bugger walking up and down them stairs with a pack on lol that view over tasman island is fantastic mate good onya i cant wait to do this one i left the best till last, 3 capes track but you only see and do 2 lol cape roal isnt on the walk, and as i said to my wife they should of dropped you off at cape roal then boat over do the track to fortescue then carry on to bivouac bay up to eaglehawk neck thats a bigger mission mate nice shot over mount brown, in my trip to cape hauy after cape roal i stopped for a smoke looking over tasman island cape pillar track its the best view , last one in the area for me to do is this track! we have the best cheese and beer here howd you like it m8? nice video m8
@JoshCarrHikes3 жыл бұрын
It’s a lot easier for me to take my bag than to leave it behind, makes carrying the camera gear a lot easier. Also there’s a lot of $ in that backpack so even though I doubt many people would touch it on the trail, better to be safe than sorry in my opinion. Would have been good to do Raoul but ran out of time. Doesn’t bother me too much though as it’s an excuse to head back there again. But yeah the three capes track name is a bit misleading for that reason I guess. Cheese and beers were bloody good! I’ll definitely be digging into more of those when I come back 😅
