Here’s presenting the Third part of the Bhutan Series in Punakha. I went to Punakha after thimphu, as first part of my road trip in the country. This video is in collaboration with Zinigo
Zinigo organises trips to Bhutan, Sikkim, Meghalaya, to some really off beat locations. They also have special packages for North East India in case you're planning a trip anywhere. With me they came up with a special discount code for all of you: TANYA@BHUTAN . Those who book through this would get flat INR 2000 off on all their package cost. To use the coupon code, send a mail to sandip.tiwari@zinigo.com
Hope this helps you plan your trip.
The entire budget of my Bhutan trip was close to INR 25-30k. You can carry cash everywhere in Indian currency in Bhutan as it is accepted. Some things about Paro below:
** If you need a driver in Bhutan, you may contact Mr. Yonten. His number is +975 17672515. You can also reach out to Mr. Somraj Chettri: +975 77451302.
** If you are visiting Bhutan, I would highly advice you to get a local sim for contacting tour agencies or driver. A local sim will be available for INR 200 at Phuntsholing.
** I stayed in Punakha at Damchen Resort
Let me know in comments if you have any more questions.

Uploaded this video from Kathmandu after completing 14 days of an amazing Everest Base Camp Trek! I reached EBC on 3rd June and also reached the summit of Kala Patthar the next day at 19,100 ft! These have been some super hectic climbing days with no internet. But glad to be back. 😊

When you talked about the male and the female rivers at punakha, you adressed the male river as mo chhu and the female river as pho chhu which is exactly opposite. 'Pho' means male and 'Mo' means female on our local dialect. I'm sorry to say but I could not resist to correct it as a Bhutanese, that I am also responsible to give correct info.

Bhutan- The Place of Peace We ride from Darjeeling (Sonada) to Bhutan (Thimphu) through the roads covered with fog and mist, tackling freezing wind ,Gliding past mountains that seem to insulate Bhutan from outside world. Bhutan is a small kingdom steeped in tradition many of the people still wear the traditional Bhutanese dress and the traditional culture is something they are keen to preserve. Bhutan's people are so humble and their selfless behavior differs from the rest of the world. Traffic rules are way different from our country but some how we managed it Hehehehehe (Secret). As our tour began in Thimphu I immediately noticed the unique architecture all the houses, shops and govt building are built in the traditional Bhutanese way which troubles us to find the govt offices LOL.😂 We spent couple of nights on Thimphu and heads to Paro. The tour took a more energetic turn as we are able to see the real beauty of Countryside of Bhutan,at every turn there is a mountain view, flowing river beside the roads it felt like I was in heaven. The next day we took a time to trek up to one of the most famous icon of Bhutan the beautiful Tiger Nest wondering how it is built in a Rock mountain .As we prepare to leave ,wanting more days to spend longer there but considering myself lucky to have been somewhere so unique. AFter Bhutan trip my perspective of spending my regular life has changed...THANK YOU BHUTAN WILL SEE YOU AGAIN...

This girl will become the biggest name among Indian KZbin circle (at least) Gees! Just look at her videos man! It's beautiful ! Our other vloggers need to raise their standards. I feel inspired when watch your videos.I also Iike travel and explore to new places. Your videos provide social, cultural and natural life information of visited places. Your way of presentation is amazing. Nice passion after DCE (EE). 😊
