Just hit pirate legend a week ago. But have been playing off and on since first release. Never seen a shrouded either, and theres only been a handful of good interactions with others. Hilarous, just like lubbard, coolest dudes you'll ever meet. But nobody plays long enough or everyone has their own friends they play with. I never meet solos who would enjoy another crew mate. I dont have many friends irl (mainly work a lot, and dont have an ungodly interest in drinking) so im kinda forced to play solo all the time. But your videos are keeping attached to this game. The moment i hit pirate legend I stopped caring about losing my loot, unless it was more than two stacks of fod. Because of you I became a good pirate, take from reapers and give to those in need. Thank you hitbo, you and sigy are both single handledly keeping this game alive and also if any solo is struggling or needs help or just wants a friend or friendly crewmate let me know. It can be quite hard to start out as a solo. May take hours to find a very low pop server, and even then, the few that are on it are reigning kings stacking fods like nobodys buisness.

Gambling is designed (by smarter people than gamblers) for gamblers to lose. It’s, by definition, FOR losers. If you’re a gambler, you’re a loser. A month and a half into this game, mostly solo slooping, I completely suck at pvp, I get frustrated as hell when I’m doing all this work at FOTD or ashen winds, and some bastard sinks my boat while I’m battling, then kills me so that I respawn halfway across the map while he bags my loot… and yet, I LOVE this freakin game and can’t get enough of it! Just grinding it out until I get better! 🤷🏻‍♂️✌🏼

@ - Laughing because I finally survived a kraken attack after these first 6 weeks. By hitting it with endless flintlock shots, and repairing, quite literally 42 holes, and bailing water, over the course of over 15 minutes! Not very clever on my part, but I finally didn’t get sucked up in the kraken vacuum when trying to cannon fire those tentacles! Whatever works, right? 😄😄 Happy new year, brother, hope to see you out on the water someday!
