Yo bro! As far as I remember, it is not considered a break state, but I'm still not 100% sure. However, most of my friends confirm that it is not, but we still don't have any black-and-white to prove that information.

Does the dragon immune to skill shadow igris ?? Dealt damage by current HP , so who the best shadow leader for power of destruction ?

Sup bro! Unfortunately, yes, it is immune to Igris skill, but for me, Igris is still the best shadow authority since almost all of the hunters benefit from the critical hit rate increase except Choi.
