Me too. I'm always shocked when I read stuff like this even though I immediately realize that it probably turns out to be harmless. Maybe I get so scared by this tho, because my own parents are divorced and I suffered a lot later on from being with my dad but not having my mom around (not that I didn't see my mom, but I used to be in physical fights with my dad and there was nobody to protect me when I was at his house).

Lol even growing up in fl I don’t think we ever brought an umbrella to the beach.. we just sat there in the sun ☀️ 😂 or played in the water til it was time to go.. maybe that’s why I have ptsd of the sun and especially sunburns.. I live in Vancouver, WA now & have been here for 4yrs & there’s no need for sunscreen or anything bc the sun don’t shine here lmao. To each their own but I love it here 🖤

Light training, so dark dark dark for bedtime and sound machine! Bath, bottle, bed every single night, gives them a warning so they don’t freak when it’s time for bed. May not work at first but stick to it religiously until it works, may take a few weeks but don’t give up! Good luck.

You can see that Ana is eating too many calories. Maybe that will change because she is still growing, but I have to say that I find it concerning how toddlers are fed in America. This is not a healthy diet. They need vegetables, fruits and whole carbohydrates. Just like every adult. No ice cream, cookies, white bread etc.

Well they are on vacation. More people have treats on vacation. They seeem to eat fairly healthy compared to many others I’ve seen with noodles as the main course. With breaded chicken and no veg at all
