Small wheels on the pallet and a wincch mounted on the end of the trailer may work. Good for any grasscutter for 3 season use

@@Faston I’ve seen people mount a winch to the from of the trailer and run the cable under the deck all the way to the back and back onto the skid.

To prevent that, you should install vertical vinyl or wood boards running along the horizontal ones. Could even use metal, probably the thinner the better but if you use really thin metal runners you’ll want to brace those with extra horizontal studs and completely eliminate those gaps.
