Күн бұрын

Today I venture out alone on a solo journey to an abandoned insane asylum in the middle of the winter, deep in Northern Ontario. The plan is to explore the abandoned hospital, setup camp somewhere inside, and stay overnight. Being in the middle of a Canadian winter, the asylum is surrounded by snow and temperatures quickly drop below freezing as night arrives. Confronted by the cold winter storm I'm thrown into survival mode with a night I will never forget.

@@dalefrancis1552 It's whatever, I went to byberry mental hospital which is demo'd now almost daily for like a decade after school. Just because it was like 5 minutes from my house and just tons of massive buildings you could do whatever the fuck you wanted at and never get caught because of the tunnels even if they brought helicoptors. Just raw asbestos everywhere in the buildings. And in the tunnels which connected them all. My buddy who's a super healthy martial arts dude and youtuber now is concerned but the doctors said they won't be able to tell if there was damage until he's like 40 or something lol.

The patient presents himself with acute schizophrenia and delusional psychosis. On this day the patient was observed touring the facility while narrating his "adventure" to a hot pocket he had affixed to a yard stick. It was reported that he was periodically addressing an unforeseen "audience" and based upon his statements, he believes himself to be a KZbinr exploring an abandoned mental asylum. Staff and patients were advised to allow the him freedom of movement so as not to startle him to his normally crazed state. Once the patient returned to his room (which he perceived to be on a rooftop) he was immediately sedated and secured to his bed. It is a unanimous decision by the staff physicians that the patient undergo lobotomy.

I used to wait for a snowstorm to start before going into an abandoned house at night. That way it'd cover my tracks going in. I usually came out right at daybreak. I did it that way for the places in the cities or where cars passed by a lot. My mom and dad took us to abandoned houses every Sunday when I was a kid. They always explored them and us kids had to keep watch. Then they got mad at ME when they quit doing it but I never did. Mom used to sometimes still go with me if it was a super interesting place. I found an underground Indian's house once. I went down into it's trap door and a face was staring at me from underneath a table. (it was a Halloween mask of an old man)...but still...Jesus. I spent my whole life exploring them and went across the US for 13 years doing it. Now I can't walk anymore or I'd still be inside of one instead of typing this. ☻

Okay, three tips from an alpinist: 1. Bring a gas cooker to heaten up your canned food. 2. Why wearing rain boots when it's been -20°C for weeks (months?)? Water will be frozen as it obviously was. 😁 You would have better worn some spikes. 3. ALWAYS put your boots inside your sleeping bag when you are sleeping so they do not freeze

how these people can talk like they can enter these places, you are sarcastic in a bad way. Inform him like a human, if you have a slightest of mind and discipline of ego, you may think of the spectrum of fear in the universe which in the end all connect to death. (fear of height to fear spider web structure to trypophobia to fear of moving (tropophobia) then from a thief with a knife and bear in forest to claustrophobia and metaphysical schizophrenia "or not" skepticism) Lets talk about universe do not secrete dopamine like a sheep. Edit: there are many words for prejudice. learn if you can not do empathy.

Also, when your flashlight went off, I was afraid for you that something was going to jump out at you, or you were going to see like a ghost. I was anticipating something bad happening, but I'm glad you were able to get back to your tent. I think had it been me, and my flashlight went out in an abandoned place like that while I was alone, I would have been too terrified to move, or I would have just ran but gotten lost. 30:29 if you throw on some headphones and listen right after you stop talking you'll hear a small amount of audio interference. I've noticed on a lot of my investigations if you're in an area that is a hot spot or has especially high electromagnetic energy(the energy spirits are said to be made from) it causes this audio phenomenon. If you look on KZbin and follow some of the better hunters you'll hear this quite a bit. New sub here you are a gutsy man I'll give you that!

I'm starting to believe that spirits feed on heightened emotions of the 'victim' they are trying to torment. Considering this guy really doesn't display any sense of heightened emotion or fear, the spirits have little to work with and can only do minuscule things like the odd noise here and there, hoping for a response that they will never get. Thoughts?

I just discovered this channel, and omg this is so good, it's better than most other exploration videos with its background info, videography and how everything is presented. The only issus that I have with this channel is how few videos there are, like I'm gonna run out in a couple weeks 🥺 I want more! But also stay safe and be careful!

What I like about this channel is that he’s not faking shadows and ghosts like some channels. Haven’t seen all of his videos but from what I’ve seen he don’t even show anything paranormal which shows his honesty.

BEEN HERE!! Good old Muskoka Sanitarium. So, true story I've been here with my ex and his friend, a couple years ago at night. Super creepy, super unsafe, felt like it was even haunted, anyway the OPP showed up and used their microphone to call us out of there. I guess someone saw our flashlights, maybe even the car parked feet away from the fence. We did as we were told as scary as it was trying to find our ways out in panic, and then wonder if we were going to get arrested. We managed to go out the same way we came in and noticed the table we had moved just underneath the window, with some stuff on it, was completely moved (still wonder how to this day). We also heard footsteps (when we were the only three in there) at that point we thought it was the cops - fast forward to getting out of the building and around to the front we saw a OPP cruiser and he basically checked what we had on us (we left a baseball bat in the building that my ex brought for protection) and I guess they saw we meant no harm so they drove us back to the front past the gates to our car and gave as a warning. We asked if they were who we heard in the building (the footsteps) and they said that wasn't them because they aren't allowed into the building under health regulations. Creepy! Anyway, thanks for going to places in the building that I never ended up getting to haha, like the kitchen for instance.

Its definitely a possibility! Although all the footprints I saw in the hallways (aside from my own) weren’t fresh and the snowy areas werent really disturbed yet, but that building makes so much ambient noise on its own that its very possible that there could be someone walking around in there and I wouldnt have known!

First video of yours I've seen. I must say this was one of the best videos I've seen in a long time. There's too many of these Fake Abandoned Haunted House or Ghost or paranormal adventure type videos here on KZbin.... with lots of banging, things dropping, doors that swing open magically, growling noises and other shenanigans that aren't even real. I appreciate it that you're keeping it raw, real and down-to-earth.
