Hi just started! How long would it get me to this point in the game?

Depends on how much you play and study, natural skill, etc. But when I recorded this I had been PVPing for 5 years. But I also didn't have anyone to teach me, I had to learn from trial and error as well as stealing some better PVPers fits from killboards. If you're brand new, then it will take a 2-5 months of training to get the skills (unless you inject) and then at absolute minimum a few months to start getting decent. BUT you will have fun fights all along the way.
