few years ago I was in a war dec, a newer player was doing some hunting and so was I, only I was in a hurricane. I saw him hunting in a stabber, so I kitted out a stabber instead and had at him. First one I mowed him down not realizing he was a significantly newer player until I looked at the killmail and saw only a couple t2 pieces. I talked to him, he explained he was still learning pvp, so I kitted an arty stabber and had him rebuild an auto-boat stabby and was going to help him learn. A couple vollies almost killed him cause he orbited at 24k, my tracking was on point for that cause I knew how to fly that range of kite with 650's. I held fire and told him to zoom in close, told him if you see heavy damage in 1 blow instead of rapid bits of small damage, to get in close as quick as you can with an angle. He thought I was trolling, but I let him come in close and scram/web and have at it. Told him now I can't hit him cause he's well under my tracking. He clicked his orbit and I didn't think to tell him how to set an orbit distance so it had him going back out to 20k, i killed him. We docked and I gave him my stabber and told him don't give up, I undocked my battlecruiser and left him alone for the rest of the war.

Awesome flying. But I feel like an Omen Navy could do the same thing and better, but yea, using the darkhorse makes people drop their guard. Good thinking!
