Nicely done! The combo of the aura of murder armor and those multiple dagger attacks is just vicious. Bludgeoning damage works way better on the pillars, though. Shadowheart was absolutely rocking with those con saves; good thing you used all your Nat 1s for attack rolls. Also really liked the moment when you cast cloak of shadows and then verrrrrrrrry carefully stayed in the darker areas of the room. Too bad about Hope, but I gotta say, that was really her fault for running into the room like that.

Thank you kindly! Very true. Tried to punch em a bit but might had been better to just switch weapons for it. Dunno! A nat one on the saves would had sucked a lot, specially before the enemies started to thin out a bit. But, but I felt it was well worth the risk. The sneaky part was actually kinda nerve wrecking. I had Cloak of Shadows fail before even if it looked like it was dark enough. Thankfully that went alright. Never tried to save Hope before so was kind of a let down, but can't win em all I suppose! :)

Ooof! I recogize that late fight invis+Hope running back while you re-prep from my own playthrough! Also; How in the world do you succeed so many saves? I cannot understand how you hasted yourself twice, and never lost consentration! (I realize it is because of fighter proficiency and the amulet, but I still would have rolled nat one, like ten times during that fight!)

Was rough with Hope! Really wanted to save her here. Regarding the saves. Fighter 1 gives constitution proficiency and Amulet of Greater Health gives advantage on constitution saves. The amulet also sets con to 23. So unless we eat a very big hit we will only fail a concentration check if we roll double 1. :) Hope that helps!

I haven't followed the past few fights of this great run, but it is nice to see you get Cull the Weak. When did you go for the illithid powers? The 1 and 2 hp enemies were frustrating.

I think I grabbed it at level 11, but I'm not entirely sure. I had a few in act 1+2, maybe 4 or so. Mainly on demand crit.

Don't have any bard levels, I picked up performance from Alfira in the grove :). Can learn it on any character if you pass a 10 dc performance check

If you mean them missing Shadowheart it is due to displacement cloak. If you mean Shadowheart crit missing then it's just my cursed luck. 😅

I agree. Would be good if she (and other similar companions) would just stay where they are put :/. I have turned off the keybind for it but everytime I change weapon it comes back and I just forget about it. Would be nice with a default setting

My previous kills has used scrolls quite extensively so I wanted to see if I could minimize it. But that is an effective way!
