two thumbs up. Im a huge fan of the twig burners. I use an IKEA twig burner, and a Lixada wood gas burner. As you say, its all about enjoying the great outdoors. Cheers from Montreal QC

hi,wonderful views, solostove is good, I want to buy one, tell me if it is strong, it looks very thin steel, what is the thickness of the steel there? 1 mm? or less

It actually has a double wall construction. I think its pretty strong. I have dropped it a few times without any dents or anything happening to it.

I use wood pellets that I also use for my pellet fed grill. A mere tablespoon of pellets will boil a pot of water. Just carry the pellets in a ziplock bag for convenience. Camping in wet season is then not a problem with wet fuel.

@@cyrilwingnek-qw1ik Hikers usually boil water for dehydrated meals which need boiled water to rehydrate. But in this case I boiled water only because I didn't have a lot of time.
