You can use mayo as an eggwash substitute to make the panco crumbs stick better

Hey Dan, Enjoying the channel. Tell me did you put anything on the fish before putting it in the panko?

I sometimes don’t worry about it & just pop the panko straight onto the fillet. It works this way but the crumb isn’t quite as thick and covered completely once cooked, otherwise I’ll just dip in some milk or whisk an egg and use that, results in a bit better coverage but it all works well i reckon! Appreciate you tuning in mate 😎
