Hello! This depends on your departure point. For departure from TBS, you can directly get the QR code for Direct Boarding from our website for some trips and you just need to scan the QR code at the gate. Else you'll have to exchange the e-ticket to boarding pass. For departure from other small pick-up points, usually you can just the e-ticket to the driver :)

Bus from KL to Genting Highlands as of now, mostly will drop off at Awana Bus Terminal and you'll have to take the cable car to get to Genting. From SG, have option to drop off at First World Hotel :)

Hi, there are various accommodation you can find in Genting Highlands such as First World Hotel. Genting SkyWorld Theme Park is at the top part of Genting Highlands, you can stay at the hotel and go to Genting SkyWorlds just within walking distance. For luggage, each passenger is allowed to bring along one aircraft cabin size bag into the gondola. A surcharge of RM20 (one-way) or RM35 (return) will be imposed for bringing an oversized baggage into the cable car.
