If you have the time and don't mind traffic jams, you can also take the buses. IIRC, last year it was under RM20.

Not sure if they have an all-on-one solution. It's easy to get around though. You may even find that the Grab app is your best bet in a lot of instances. Very convenient and affordable there.

I took the train about a couple of months ago and there was free WiFi on board. Perhaps things have changed.

Or purchase tickets compulsory, please explain, me from India, I have plans not yet, required details, please

Yep, when you arrive at KL Sentral you'll have to purchase a ticket to KLCC. I show where to go and how to do it in the video. Not sure about those debit cards, but you should make sure that you have some cash on you (ringgit) because you can for sure use that in the ticket machines.
