Sis Kim, those steps made me think about your video on 'You Have Need of Endurance". The more difficult path in the park made me think of how that experience was great training for the steps and carrying your luggage in Santorini. God is AMAZING in how He will take us through one experience to prepare us for future experiences. Seeing this helps me appreciate the struggle to endure; especially, when it leads to beautiful places and people that I had no idea that I was previously being prepared to encounter. And a side note: The Lord had prepared you far in advance when He had you walking more and going on those trails with increasingly steeper inclines. You wouldn't have been able to make it up and down those stairs and pathways if you hadn't built the physical endurance and strength to do so....He is so good and faithful in the most subtle ways!

Not at all! When I was there 3 weeks ago, the temps were in the 50s and got chillier at night. Wear layers and you will find it very comfortable. It's a great time to visit without the crowds.

@@kimcashtate I love traveling and have been to Santorini. I am working on moving to France but always think to myself "is it a move for me or for His purpose?" I've walked on Paul's footstep in the Mars Hill and Malta but since my travel wasn't faith related I didn't pay much attention to it...... As my faith and relationship with the Lord grew I feel I missed out on the meaning of where I was. Thank you for documenting your journey and sharing it with us. The Lord knows the desires of my heart to live in Europe but I'd rather be where He desires for me to be for His glory.
