Just wanted to say I really enjoyed this video! As always! I know what you mean about that good old southern food! You can't go wrong with it! I love collards,black eyed peas and fried corn bread patties. My sister- inlaw always makes a dish called Hoppin John's! She makes it with rice and black- eyed peas. And of course collard greens. She makes great fried corn bread patties too. She is from Savannah Georgia. It's such hood down home food. I want to wish you and your lovely wife an Fiona the best Happy New Year too.❤
