Yet another fab video... You have so many amazing locations for pitching up. Gutted about the tent leaking... If it's the smokey hut then even more worried as I've got one too, although I now favour the Nature Hike Massif 2 if canoe/car camping

@@toottheterrible Cheers, thanks for watching. It was my cheap £60 hot tent, the Smokey Hut has been waterproof so far but never tested in anger. 😂 I’ll need to check out the Naturehike stuff.

Something really satisfying about watching a hot tent getting put together. Cheers for the wee shout out again too. Pity about that rain. Did have that concern too actually about that tent when I’ve looked up hot tents. Think that other one you’ve got looks the business.

@@Moffatmountainadventures this tent was just a gamble. I might give it some Fabsil treatment. It’s fine when it’s dry weather 😂 The other tent has been good in the rain, although not had it out in the heaviest of rain or snow…… yet.

@@GeoffGreenawayOutdoors I’ll take the hot tent where and when I can but might mix it up with some cold tent camping. Got a new 5R sleep mats and one of those OEX 900 sleeping bags so will be interesting trying out that set up in the Helm 1 or maybe the Bobcat. Caravan trip to Inverness was great , eldest was attending a highland dancing championship. I managed to visit a few lighthouses 😂
