Great vid dude. One little tip on the fatwood shavings, try making the fatwood dust also. Use the spine of your knife to scrape off some dust.....it takes a spark usually on the first stroke. Keep 'em comin' dude!!

Have you ever tried cooking your steak directly on the hot coals, no pan? I’ve done it a few times works well. Just bring/make some tongs to flip and move the steak around. Works for veggies too!

I have tried that and it works surprisingly well. Don’t have to clean the pan after too which is nice. I’ll try it out with some veggies next time. I’ve only ever thrown butternut squash on the coals and it turns out perfect every time. Thanks for watching!
