I found your channel from Larry’s. Loving your videos. Don’t know if I could do truck camper camping like you guys do but this summer I will be getting a motorhome and traveling with my little dog Charlee (girl). I am learning all I can right now. My husband passed away and the kids are grown and need to get their own lives so I am going to travel and go see all of the things my husband and I had hoped to see before he passed. Fishing vids on KZbin will have to keep me going for now. I think we had more rain this weekend than we had this past fall & summer. I can handle the snow and ice but mud is something else. One thing about it where you're at the snow & ice is a certainty. Hope the "grabber" is a help in cleaning up others messes...............great of you to do that! I got sick of trying to screw those ice anchors in by hand went to harbor freight found a cheapo deep socket cut it down the middle, I just use the drill now to screw them in works good.

Great idea. I already have the drill on the ice for the auger. I'll cut a slit on a deep socket this week. It's gonna go right in the pouch with the anchors.

I'm surprised how many camping KZbinrs we have here in Minnesota. I talk with a couple of them. Jack, from Tiny Cabin Life, Tolbers Camping, and old Southern Pine. It would be cool to meet those guys in person one day. I always keep an eye out for Mav. We have been camping in the same area for a long time but never crossed paths. He seems to be a real level headed down to earth guy. However, in the last few years, Mav has really expanded his area. Now he goes on awesome camping adventures all over the globe. It would still be cool to run into him one day. If you haven't seen the other channels I mentioned, you should check them out. Tell them I said hi!

Thanks! My dad was from Medford, Oregon. He always talked about wanting to take a road trip to see where he grew up. That was in the 50' and 60" he met my mom in the service I they ended up I Minnesota because this is where her family is from. Dad passed away 3 years ago, and we never made time to visit Medford. I plan on making the trip one day. He said the West Coast was absolutely beautiful. He talked about working cattle on horseback, wonderful weather, and very few mosquitoes.

Your walk out the peninsula reminded me of the place where I grew up back in Minnesota! We lived on a lake about 30 miles outside of the Twin Cities and at the time (1970’s) it was pretty much all woods and farm fields. Now, when I go back home for a visit, the woods we used to roam as kids is a golf course that’s dotted with high-end homes - kind of sad to see, but I guess that’s the way things go…….😕

Hi Kenny so happy to see you back this Tuesday I hope you had a nice visit with your sister last week I enjoyed rewatching your last couple videos again I gotta confess i really enjoyed the last one so much I watched it a couple more times Lol!! , this weeks ice fishing was awesome I love the fish house so cozy making a little supper in it so awesome but when you came out that was a little creepy, it was dark and to walk on that ice kind of feels like sometimes you might go through it but your very confident about the ice you definitely have the experience ,it was great seeing the camper lights shinning home sweet camper Lol!
