I’ve NEVER thought of this 🧐 I have lost my multi tool off my belt ( sheath was a clip ) while going thru the bush. If I ever lost my custom knife 🤦🏻♂️. Great idea- simple but effective. 👍👊🏼

yes def works. If it's got some sort of attachment hole, yep def use it.

Great tip, not only in the snow but also at the water. My smartphone fell into the lake a while ago, do you have any good tip to secure a phone? Cheers. 👍

I noticed a while back I saw these adds appearing on my insta feed about waterproof housing for smart phone, not sure if they had a attachment hole etc. But there are small boxes from Pelican, as in Pelicases and i was thinking myself about one of these, of course if the phone is in them they are too big for the pocket. Yeah a mob phone is a big problem around water for sure. many thanks for watching and commenting.

@@BushCampingTools The Pelican and Otter cases are interesting indeed but as you said, to bulky for the pant's pocket. Another option is to put a piece of ranger bands at the middle of the phone and secure it with a length of paracord to the belt or jacket etc. I think that should work. Thank you for your reply and stay safe. 👍
